Mail Receipt / News: Recent posts

I put up the web page. Still not a whole lot of information, and all of it can be found on the source forge pages, but it's in a more approachable form.

Took out the reliance on the GD.pm module, and added a dependency to Mail::Mailer (as found in the Mail-tools collection).

I created some CVS modules and added files to two of them, Documents and ImageScript. The Components files in Documents explains what will go in the empty modules (MailSeeder, ReceiptViewers, and Common). The Notes file (also in Documents) has some ramblings about the project.
