Tried on Firefox v1.0.2 and 1.0.3. There's no icon, no
sound, no pop-up, nothing! How does this extension
work? Where's the readme/release notes?

Same here, with Firefox 1.0.3 with Redhat Linux and Gnome.
It doesn't seem to do anything at all. What are we missing?
<g> Seems like a great idea for a plugin though, would love
