Version 0.3 released

This is actually an early version of 0.4 but the recent mysql performance improvements had to be used for this release as a big difference. Will now easily import 100,000 entries providing php.ini max_execution_time = 60 (default is 30 seconds), upload_max_file_size = 20M. Export is also faster. Version 0.4 will bring a second database for email logs with the aim to provide statistics for each mapping, such as number of emails and last email received.
