[Mailmanager-users] Attribute Error - Get Ticket

Help - I am trying to bring a client live on Mail Manager 2.1 and am Queueing the tickets as they come in.  However, when I attempt to "Get Ticket" from a queue or "Close and DeQueue", etc. The following Attribute Error occurs! (Trackback from the Zope error_log is shown)

AttributeError: BasicQueue instance has no attribute 'getNextTicketIdsFromQueue'

Any help to cure this would be appreciated!
