In a ticket where the customer has a strangely formatted name, when
replying from MailManager, the To: field was left empty.
It appears to go out ok, but the actual email is sent without To:.
This user has her name more or less like this:
[uRko] [mAsSe] <urko@...>
I think the address parsing gets messed up with the [ and ] symbols.
