On the migrate tab it said that my database was version 10, and that I needed to click migrate to move to the latest.  I clicked migrate, it thought for a second and then said it was done.
 
Now any logged in attempt to access that instance yields:

Error Value: assign_queue

Dan,

If you want to use the latest CVS version, simply check out the latest
CVS revision using the instructions on sourceforge. You can then copy
that into place in C:\mailmanager\instance\Products\MailManager (check
this exists, I'm going from memory here). Restart MailManager once this
is done, in order to reload Zope.

You may need to run 'migrate' from the Zope Management to fix the dataset
for the current release. Log in to Zope, locate the MailManager object, and
select the migration tab. Once this is done, your MailManager should be
usable again.

Let me know how you get on. I should be clearing up bugs in some of our
releases this weekend, so if you have issues hopefully I can resolve them
then.
