When the email processor gets a message and isable
to determine who to assign it to (either through the
filters or by default) it emails the account it assigns it
to. I would like people to be emailed whenever
someone gets a ticket assigned to them.

That way we can have one person looking through all
the emails and assigning them to people, and the
people will know to login to mail manager because they
will receive an email when something is assigned to
them.

I am fairly knowledgeable about coding perl, php, java
and a fair amount of c++ (what they teach in college).
If you could please make that change or maybe even
tell me where to get started (what block of code handles
assignments and which handles emails). I could make
the changes and submit them back to you or something.

Otherwise this MailManager is awesome and is
EXACTLY what my company was looking for to track
customer emails!

    As far as I know this feature was added in MailManager 1.1. If it isn't
    working for you please file a bug report.
