Following a discussion with a potential customer we had some
opinion about a Quality Management system for MailManager. This
was two things:
1) Scanning outgoing email for various stop words (eg swear words)
and if present in the mail don't send and flag up for a manager.
2) Produce a report which shows a random sample of tickets (eg 5%)
and then allow the manager to review and rate the responses. We
can then do a quality report on the users of the system.
