#126 Increase width of reply body text box

The reply text field should be at least as wide as the
message fields. This would enable copy & paste from
previous messages to appear correct in the box without
the mess caused by carraige returns and wordwrap.

This is generally at its worse when the copied text
includes '>' line prefixes.
