#669 PTS failures when creating MM objects

MailManager object creation can cause failures due to
the use of PTS. This results in a high chance of
conflict errors in the ZoDB. This will no affect most
normal use, but causes problems when creating
mailmanager objects programatically as part of a larger
transaction.
