#659 Issue with timezones and returned report data

An example like below:

Under Settings and Date & Timezone we have
Europe/Tallinn as zone. However
when we go to Reports and Daily report and click on
graph, the timezone is 2
hours behind our settings. Meaning tickets received at
for example 11 am is
shown as 9 am in the reports.
