#592 New message in a thread doesn\\\'t show the thread in bold

When a new message is received in a thread which is
already open, it should be shown in bold to notify the
agent that a new message has arrived in the thread. It
is not shown in bold.

However if you view the new tickets by clicking 'New',
you can see that thread over there.

The problem is with Firefox only. IE displays the stuff
correctly. The code is generated correctly. Unread ticket's
row has class 'ticketline unread even/odd' while a read
ticket's row has class 'ticketline read even/odd'.

It has got something to do with Style Sheets.

For MailManager development I use FireFox 1.5 on the Mac and I've not been
able to reproduce the problem.

I've also tried Firefox 1.5 on Windows which again looks fine for me.

What version of Firefox are you using?

I am using Firefox 1.5.0.5 on Windows XP with SP2.

Here's how you may be able to replicate the bug:

1) Open mailmanager with firefox to view the open tickets.
2) From your mail client send a reply against an already
open read ticket. From another instance of browser (or some
cron job) call getMail to download the mails.
3) Refresh firefox. Most likely you won't see any new ticket
in bold. If you open the same screen with Internet Explorer,
you'll see the ticket in bold against which mail has been sent.

Thanks for the explanation - I can now reproduce this on Firefox on the Mac. It
looks like the Refresh isn't refreshing the style sheet information.
