#198 Customers can respond to self

A customer has been setup on the system, such that they
can view tickets originating from their own e-mail
address within MailManager.

When the customer logs in to view tickets, they can
select a ticket, and respond to it. Which means that
they can add a ticket update to a ticket they input
into MailManager themselves, which doesn't seem right.

    Customers can no longer send replies to tickets via the web
    interface. More work will need to be done on the design for
    this before we can enable this functionality.
