#135 Request: Create password files for .htaccess (PR#232)

It would be nice, if Mailman could create passwordfiles for the use
for .htaccess. This would make it easy to add webpages which are for the
private use of listmembers.

This is especially true for external archivers, to keep the pages the created
within the listmembers.

Another solution would be that mailman creates a wrapper cgi-bin
which authenticates users of a special list using its own authetification
process.

Both would be a really nice enchancement.

I'm really not sure exactly what is being requested here. More detail would be helpful.

In any event, such a feature request will have to wait until after 2.0 final.
