[Mailman-mod-users] Not working on Red Hat 9.0

I've downloaded and installed the mailman-mod on a Red Hat 9.0 box and it's telling me that mailman is not installed. Funny since mailman is working. I'm figuring it doesn't know where the files are but there is no way to edit the locations. Am I missing something here?
