#3 RBL Check

What you have here is *very* close to what I've been
looking for, but I need just one more feature beyond
regexps.
Would it be possible to do an RBL query? Even an escape
method to run something like rblcheck
(rblcheck.sourceforge.net) and examine the return code
would be priceless.
