[Mail2voice-devel] Our tools, our servers, our needs

Hi the team,

I want to do with you a diagnostic of our needs, in term of tools and
servers.
Firstly because our actual dedicated server need to be upgraded with a
clean fresh install, and also because I will probably need to re-use it
personally (nothing urgent).
So it's time to think our needs globally and in the long term.

What is your opinion?

Actually on our dedicated server we have these tools:
- the website
- Analytic for the website
- the wiki
- Redmine (actually broken)
- Mumble
- Jenkins
- Mails (actually broken)
- a space for updates of Mail2Voice-Next

We also have 3 VM (hosted on Laurent's server@home):
- Linux, dedicated to builds
- Windows, dedicated to builds
- Linux, dedicated to Tuleap
These VM can stay at Laurent's server for a time, but in terms it's not
impossible this server to be switched off.

We also use externalized services:
- Mailing list, on sourceforge (we wanted to host it ourselves, I think
we should do it)
- Etherpad, on Framapad (if we find a easy way to install it, I think we
should do it)
- Git, on Framagit (it'll stay externalized)

And for some services, running on the dedicated server, a backup is sent
to Laurent's server.
