Take a look at the web page for mail2sms:
   http://www.contactor.se/~dast/mail2sms/

You'll find a program called smsmail.pl:
   http://www.contactor.se/~dast/mail2sms/smsmail.txt

If you modify it for your need (server name and so) it can take an email as 
input and extract the subject as a phone number and then send it on to smash.

Works like a dream!
