Gentlemen,
I don't know if this is the right place to state my
problem but here it goes:
I have been using some of the ASCII 256 symbols for
foreign accents such as ó, alt+162 (numpad); it goes
over the e-mail intact.
Encouraged by my layman's success I started dabbling
with Central-European accents (Latin 2) and had no
problem finding, e.g., that 0104 stood for capital A
with a tail (ogonek) but could never use it.
To stay with the simple alt+nnn (that's all I can
comprehend), I would like so assign some of the 256
ASCII symbols (say 170 to 190) to some Polish
characters and
the proper fonts. Would this work and how do I go about
customizing those symbols?
