#17 New verison of snoopy.class

On October 22nd Snoopy.class.inc (the rss class magpie uses) released a new security release that is avalible here https://sourceforge.net/projects/snoopy/.

All you have to do is download the new version of the class and rename it then add it to the extlib folder of magpie. Everything else should function fine.

I would call this a required update.
