#80 Need a UNIX .desktop file for modern GUI

Most UNIX desktops these days use .desktop files to specify programs to launch and to automatically add to the Applications menu. I have created one (based on KDE's kmag.desktop) and updated the install.sh and uninstall.sh to handle it properly.
