#75 Opens off screen ditto's

Same issue as in Bug report #71"

"#71 [Windows 7] v3.6: Dynamic mode window opens off-screen:
In version 3.6 default settings in Windows 7 with multiple monitors, the dynamic mode window opens off-screen someplace. Since the window control box Move option is disabled, only hotkeys can move the window."

However, I was able to bring the window on-screen using Ctl - Alt - Arrowkeys.

This is a minor annoyance for me. Once I figured out where the Dynamic window was hiding, I found it worked great. Thanks for a great program.
