#71 [Windows 7] v3.6: Dynamic mode window opens off-screen, unable to find

In version 3.6 default settings in Windows 7 with multiple monitors, the dynamic mode window opens off-screen someplace. Since the window control box Move option is disabled, only hotkeys can move the window. I was unable to bring the window on-screen using the hotykeys. Windows 7 preview seems to indicate that the window is functioning properly (zooming in when I hit Ctrl-Alt-m), just hidden.
