#142 Magmi CLI throwing error!!!

Hi Experts,
I am facing issue while updating products via CLI magmi. below mentioned command and error. kindly help me out to resolve this issue ASAP.

Command: php magmi.cli.php -profile=Price Update -mode=update -CSV:filename="/path/xyz.csv"

Error: PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getRecordsCount() on null in /path/magmi/engines/magmi_productimportengine.php
