#17 Apply Catalog Pricerules automatically after Import

Hi Sebastien,

thanks for your great import tool. I am using it on many customers installations.
Unfortunately I have a few customers where catalog price rules are extensively used but not automatically applied after importing prices with magmi. Would it be possible to implement?
