#124 Price update unselected some products from different storeviews

We use Magmi for mass price updates. We ran a mass price update, only having the following columns in the csv (sku price special_price store websites). The prices updated fine, however some of the products had been deselected from all stores except default.

Has anyone else ever experienced this issue? How did you fix it?
