#123 status only updated for admin store on multi-store site

With magento 1.9.1.0 and a multi website set up (with one store view per website), an import to update status only does not update status for each website's store view, it only updates the admin store. Status has a scope of 'website' so it should be possible to update say the English website to 'enabled', whilst the French website is 'disabled'
