File Release Download Fixed for v1.2

I wasn't aware for several months that the zip archive was corrupted, its now been repackaged but not fully tested (thus, the v1.2a filename). Also, for anyone more familiar with C and/or UNIX, http://alioth.debian.org/projects/libpst/ provides a utility for converting Microsoft Outlook mail files (personal folders) to standard UNIX mbox format.
