#7 IE not launched when html case report is completed

In method xslt_reporter_plugin.int!dump_report the current format of the start command passed to system.do_command() launches a DOS command window rather than IE. This seems to have become a problem in 4.1/4.1.1. If the string passed to system.do_command is changed to something like this -

"start index.html "C:\SAMS_Development\CASE Report""

then IE is launched. (The directory shown being the directory where index.html is located)
