When using the checkbox to export data to a .raw file
during segmentation:

1. The process is unclear. What is a .raw file? Where
is the data coming from? One or two explanatory
sentances in a JTextArea would be useful. And some
tooltips.

2. If the "Create expression file?" checkbox is checked
but the filename fields are left blank, and a .raw file
is created, a dialog box appears warning about the
empty field, but doesn't stop the process. The .exp
file is given the name "[filename not provided].exp".
This problem could be greatly simplified by using only
one text box for both the .exp and .raw filenames.

3. IMPORTANT!! The window that pops up to accept
filename info and .raw or .exp output selections is
called "Expression File Parameters". The first
instance of this window for any "SEGMENTATION" window
is unable to complete .raw export if it is not also
writing an .exp file. A folder with the given filename
is created, but then the process fails and displays the
error message "Error Writing .raw File". Any
subsequent attempts succeed, even if the .exp file is
never created.
