Dear Ashok,
thank you for the great TCL search index at:
https://www.magicsplat.com/tcl-docs/docindex.html
I just wondered, that the TCL keyword "yield" is not found by the index, but contained on the coroutine page. Maybe, there is an issue in the underlying TCL documentation.

Yes, and this is not the only case. Unfortunately, the Tcl markup provides no semantic hints at all as to what should be linked. Some commands and subcommands are not even listed in the titles or in the keywords section. "yield" is one of these.
May be I should add a manual means to special-case these if I can collect a list.

I would prefer to change the man page (format) that all keywords may be marked and indexed.

Have added a means to explicit add index entries. yield and yieldto have been added. Please let me know if you know of any others.
