[Magicor-devel] new windows installer includes the editor and dependencies

new windows installer includes the editor and dependencies.
At the moment seems that sourceforge is too busy to accept uploads, will try tomorrow.

By the way, both installers use pygame 1.7.1 and are not afected by the pygame.mixer.music bug ( see my other post today )
