Hello 
Im translated 2.0rc1 to polish language.
and im sugested...a new command for operserv
CALLED example ReloadLang for reload all languages files. because after a fixed
a small bugs in languages files i must restart all services. :( this is't a
good idea...

par example in hybserv created by creator in reload with option:
-databases
-help
-motd

etc....
i this services imho is a good idea to implementation this options.
