mcm-0.4 incomming !

The mcm version 0.4 will be released at the end of this week.
A lot of features have been henanced, and a lot of new features have been developped :
- new card attributes (Foil, Needed, ...)
- new HTML/XML/XSL export,
- Ninth edition import list,
- new filtering features,
- some bug fixed,
- ...
