#92 Accounts - Ok & Apply buttons

When editing accounts the base Ok and Apply buttons
(located in the config browser, not the account editor)
are not enabled correctly.
First, they're always enabled if an account is edited
using the "Edit" button, even if no changes were made.
Second, they're always disables if an account is edited
by double-clicking, even if changes were made.

As a side note, deleting accounts should ask the user
for confirmation, this action being irreversible.
