To get an idea of what the software does check out this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4E3y1J5PuJg

NOTE: The video is of a application called DATA Century 2.5, this is an app I created last year in VB.NET.
That VB app is no longer in development as it was just a prototype. I always intended to take the features that worked well
and redevelop them into a C# app thus forcing me to re write the code. VB is great for throwing something together but I just
love C# as (dare I say it) C#ers tend to be better coders. I don't pretend to be a highly skilled coder but I have drive and
an open mind and love learning new techniques and technologies.

This APP "MAGAddress" is aimed at business users (call centres, anyone that regularly inputs customer addresses) hence it currently does
not have the other features of the Data Century APP (web crawler, maps, mini browser)
it's just a "enter postcode and get all the addresses tool then paste the result into another windows form"

-->>** I will be uploading the current solution on Monday 29th when I am next able to access the source code.

About the project:

- All existing dev work has been done in C# using VS2008 Express Edition.

- It targets .NET 3.5

- I have deployed it within our organisation using click once

Things you should know:

- Although this project is open source access to the Royal Mail Database is tightly
restricted and licensed by the Royal Mail and their resellers.

- Using this software legally will require the purchase of a licence from postcodesoftware.co.uk
although you can use userID:test password:test to test the application using LA18 postcode only.
LS18 4EE is one example. A licence cost £170 approx per year, limited to 10,000 searches.

- There is a big push in the UK to get the Royal Mail PAF database put into the public domain,
it is very likely to happen within the next few years due to demands from WEB2.0 type projects.

- I the project creator am in no way affiliated with postcodesoftware.co.uk and do not profit from licence sales.

Missing features:

- The apps main rival (QAS) is able to paste directly into Terminal Services RDP windows,
not sure how this is achieved but this feature is very desirable and may even be the icing on the cake.

- A feature to allow users to create a preset/template that the app uses when pasting addresses to other apps.

- The templates for Maginus ERP are hard coded at this time. I.E just a bunch of senkeys {TAB} {DELETE}, keybrd_events
will need to be used for pasting to IE windows. To prevent ttthhhiiiissssshhappening..

I welcome anyone who would like to contribute to this project.
We are currently using this app to paste addresses in Maginus ERP within our company, the users prefer it to the QAS solution.
