sorry for my late response.
You have to delete the files manually. The reason is that maff-viewer just calls your browser and then terminates itself. There is no simple way to detect if these files are used at the moment.

Now I'm wondering when the created temp files will be deleted?
Do I have to delete them manually?
I don't want to get them piled up as time passes by.
