#8 sst with Uncompressed TIFF 16 bit color

I am looking for a tool wich can save subtitles in one of these formats:
Subtitle Image File:
Uncompressed TIFF 16 bit color
Navigate Text File Format:
.sst or .nav
Frame size 720x480

MaestroSBT only saves compressed tiif's!?

i need these format for sony umd tools,.
