#6 Characters with shadows & color palette

1. Subtitles with shadows (i.e. black shadow under each character, like those generated by ConvertXtoDVD or DVDLabPro) could be a worth alternative to the current method (antialias + outline).
2. Aside from generating subtitles themselves, an export of the color palette suitable for import in IFO (or, say, fake IFO containing proper colors) could also be helpful.
