This is the first time you mention that there is such a small distance
between client and AP. It could be a case of [1].

"Many days"... the first mail from you came on Wednesday, since then you
spit a total of 7 mails to the list. Most of them quote one or more of
your previous mails, which is annoying. And each of them seems to miss
some of the most basic information, for example the actual version of
MadWifi you're using. Yes, you've mentioned the version of the HAL
(v0.9.30.13), but that is included in many different revisions of trunk,
for example.

So, instead of complaining that no one seems to be willing to reply, I
suggest you take a look at [2] and start again.
