The txpower parameter has no effect at all currently, that's valid for 
any given number and auto as well.

The value shown by iwconfig for the current txpower is wrong, but 
patching that isn't too easy. I already talked to Sam about it, and if I 
find the necessary time I'll try to work with him to correct that.
