tasklets in madwifi driver handle incoming packets.
After 802.11 frame processing is deferred to tasklet,
I am wondering where MAC header and frame body are
processed in the madwifi driver. I would appreciate if
anyone points out.

Take a look at the file net80211/ieee80211_input.c. There you will find
the function ieee80211_input_all handling all incoming frames. It calls
ieee80211_input doing a case distinction for the frame type (Management,
Data or Control Frame). The relevant functions are called from there.
