If anybody has not noticed that yet I inform, that due to some API
changes in Linux kernel (somewhere between 2.6.9-RC3 -> 2.6.9-bk7) the
madwifi driver (recent CVS) does not compile.
pci_dma_sync_single() call does not exist any more
some variables in include/net/iw_handler.h are 'const' now.
a few other minor changes are also needed.
I have tried to modify code accordingly to these changes, but after
complation, the ath_pci module reports only FATAL error "No such device".
If these compilation errors are not reproducible (I strongly dubt it!)
then please let me know -- I'll send some more info.
Waiting for some working patches.... :)
PS: Thanks for the developers for the great work!!!
