#35 Alt key pressed to start column selection

Like Visual Studio, TotalEdit and others,
instead of having to switch to column mode, just keep Alt pressed while clicking with the left button.

This function plus the drag/copy of the selected text may improve a lot the editing.

My reference of text editor is still Visual Studio 6.0 since many years, check out its functions ...
