#21 Decode/Encode in Hex View

In hex mode, it would be helpful when selected bytes are decoded (to short, long, float, etc. numbers).

This could also be extended to other sorts of encodings like cipher-algorithms (DES, AES, Blowfish).

Additionally, the opposite direction would be useful. For instance: Enter a float value in an input mask, which is then encoded. The resulting bytes can be pasted into the document.
