#13 exception when open file

when i setting file association, and double click the file,
a file in desktop ( C:\Documents and Settings\user\Desktop\sample.log),
I always get the
The Parent Directory Directory of this file does not exist:
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Desktop\Settings\user\Desktop\sample.log
Cannot access this file: C:\Documents
Cannot access this file: C:\Documents and Settings\user\Desktop\and
The Parent Directory Directory of this file does not exist: C:\Documents
and Settings\user\Desktop\Settings\user\Desktop\sample.log

But, I drag file on mad edit is ok.
