#67 Drag and drop for website links

Request for drag and drop for website links. Currently, can add a website link to a key only by copying from browser location bar, then right-clicking a key, clicking edit, then pasting the url into the target file area.
It is already possible to select an url from the browser title bar, and drag it to the desktop to create a shortcut on the desktop, but it is not possible to drag on onto a key. And dragging the desktop link to a key requires keeping the desktop link on the desktop --- if it is deleted, then the key doesn't work (file not found).
