[MacXM-users] Can't see device

Hello,

I'd love to be able to use my XMPCR on one of my Macs. But when I 
connect it and run the software, MacXM simply cannot seem to see the 
device at all. It does work fine on a PC. This is what Apple System 
profiler says about the USB port that the device is connected to:

Any ideas?
