Sorry,
This one is not related to pdflatex output : it appears when I am  
initializing a Cocoa PDFDocument with pdfdata from a file produced by  
pdflatex. It seems that pdf made with pdflatex is not fully pdf  
compliant, but in practice there seem to be no problem at all. I even  
hope that this warning will disappear one day, either by a Cocoa or a  
pdflatex upgrade.
