Hi all,

I've just released rEFIt version 0.2. There aren't many user-visible  
changes, but it now scans more locations for potential boot loaders  
(including the \elilo directory used on the first Live CD, and some  
locations allegedly used by Windows Vista). I've also updated the EFI  
Shell with a version that has all commands built-in. That should  
eliminate the need to pack lots of additional commands in the \efi 
\tools folder.
